By creating an account or using JobCV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
JobCV provides tools to create resumes and cover letters for personal, professional use. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
You own the content you create using JobCV (your resumes, cover letters). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not share your content with third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
JobCV offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
JobCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for employment outcomes resulting from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
